I've been going to Speciale fitness for a month now and I can't say enough about this place! Nicholas and his team are amazing and I've already noticed a difference in the amount of muscle I've been able to achieve, after only coming once a week for 20 minutes! It's an amazing workout and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get in the best shape of their life!
