Who we are

Speciale Fitness operates EMS training studios in Ontario, Canada, and mobile EMS training in Toronto. This privacy policy covers our website (specialefitness.ca), the Speciale Fitness member app (Pulse), and our business tools, including our Meta app "Pulse Lead Capture," which connects our Facebook Page and Instagram account to our client management system.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us when you book a session, fill out a form, call or text us, or message us on social media: your name, phone number, and email address.

Lead information from Facebook and Instagram ads: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered (such as name, phone number, and email) with us so we can follow up.

Messages you send to our Facebook Page or Instagram account: we receive the content of the conversation so our team can reply and keep track of your questions.

Fitness and account information if you become a member: session bookings, body scan results, nutrition and workout logs, and payment records.

Basic website analytics, such as which pages are visited, to improve our site.

How we use your information

To respond to your questions and messages, book and manage your sessions, and provide our training services.

To follow up with you after you express interest in a free first session or a membership.

To run our business: billing, scheduling, and improving our services.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Data from Facebook and Instagram

Our Meta app, Pulse Lead Capture, receives lead form submissions and Page/Instagram messages on behalf of Speciale Fitness only. This data is stored securely in our client management system, is used only to communicate with you and manage your relationship with Speciale Fitness, and is never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Our use of data received from Meta complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our booking, payment, and messaging systems. These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a lead, member, or past member so we can serve you and meet legal record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email specialefitness@gmail.com with your name and the request, and we will action it within 30 days. To delete data we received through Facebook or Instagram, send the same request and we will remove it from our systems.

You can opt out of marketing texts or emails at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link.

Security

Your information is stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Only Speciale Fitness staff who need it to serve you can access it.
